Kusti's excursions
Kusti has lots of friends in the Kouvola region working in partnership with Tykkimäki.
Why not combine a visit to the amusement park with, say, canoeing or horse-riding, or a visit to an art exhibition?
Kusti’s partners are all within about half an hour’s drive of Tykkimäki.
The Kaunisnurmi museums
Take a guided tour of the Radio Museum to the
accompaniment of radio programmes of the 1920s-1960s and see an ordinary Finnish home of that period. The Pharmacy Museum represents a pharmacy of the early 20th century, its dispensing room and office. There are also handicraft shops and an art museum in the area.

Verla Mill Museum
One of the items on the Unesco World Heritage List, Verla is unique in Finland. The idyllic village and the old board mill, now a museum, recall the early history of the Finnish forest industry in an unusual way. The story of Maria, who worked at the mill for 51 years, will continue to amaze visitors for generations to come.
